Our products are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. While most items are dispatched from our Kamrup warehouse, certain products may be shipped directly from our suppliers to expedite delivery.
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or has tampered packaging, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. The product may be exchanged or replaced after verification. Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 48 working hours from the date of order placement
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- 1–3 working days within Assam and nearby metro cities.
- 3–7 working days for other major locations.
- Up to 10 days for remote or rural areas.
- Products weighing above 5 kg may be shipped via surface transport, taking up to 15 days for delivery.
Note: B S Agro And Machinery is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service issues, strikes, or if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
Replacement Policy
Our Easy Returns Policy applies to products that are:
- Damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.
- Not as described on the website or invoice.
To initiate a replace :
- Take clear photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.
- Email your Replacement Request to bsagroandmachinery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and reason for replacement.
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Once your request is verified, our team will confirm approval via email or phone.
Shipping Precautions
When returning a product, please ensure:
- The item is in its original, unused condition.
- All labels, tags, packaging, and invoice are included.
- The product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
- Mention your Return ID and keep the courier tracking number for reference.
Warranty Claims
B S Agro And Machinery provides a 1-year warranty on all engines and motors from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. To claim warranty service, please contact us at bsagroandmachinery@gmail.com with your purchase details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the replacement or repair process.
Refund Policy
- We only allow replacements for products with manufacturing defects.
- To request a replacement, the product must be returned to us. We will inspect the returned product within 48 hours.
- If a defect is confirmed, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
- If there is no manufacturing defect, the replacement shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
